Self-contained HTML export

Currently CTRL-E exports an HTML file which contains a broken Qt ressource link to a CSS file (bootstrap.css).

Goals

  1. The CSS file should be selectable
  2. It should be embedded into the document as a data-uri as, e.g., pandoc's --self-contained option does.
