Entitas on Discord 🎉

It's official.

After a clear result (see poll #906) we now have an official Entitas Discord server

Huge thanks to @JesseTG for setting it up and helping moderating the server!

I will keep the Gitter channel alive for quite some time so people can make a transition if they want to.

Fun fact: Entitas on Gitter is the largest GameDev channel on Gitter! The Entitas community is the best! ❤️
