Updated Dockerfile

Hello, I updated dockerfile to be an argument so when a new version of jmx_exporter does come out it's easy to pull down the repo and just docker build with an updated build-arg

Also changed base container to openjdk

Feel free to remove my name on documentation and return it to yours, just have it like that for my docker hub
