Sites/tools target type awareness broken ("Filter search engines based on the target element". French?)

Following the resolution of issue #403, the sites/tools displayed in contextual menus (the context sub-menu and the Quick Menu) can vary depending on the context's type. This relies on options contextMenuUseContextualLayout and quickMenuUseContextualLayout. The types allowed for a site or tool can be set via the Search Engines Manager.

Unfortunately, with ContextSearch 1.47.15, this is broken enough that I struggle to understand and characterize it, but it is definitely reproducible. Just after a restart of Firefox 142.0.1 in French, I get random behavior best illustrated with the following screencast, which shows normality until 00:20, when I reset the sites/tools list:

While this clearly shows that the feature is broken in French, I would bet that it's also buggy in English (just less so).
