Options: Information icon ("ⓘ") for tooltips are minuscule

In 1.47.15, the Options page provides tooltips with details about certain options. For example, in the Search Engines Manager, when modifying a site, the Filter tab offers a tooltip for the Contexts field(s):

Unfortunately, the icon offering that tooltip is so small that it is only from context that I guessed its role. The icon uses "ⓘ", which is already small enough, but at an 8 pixels font size. This seems particularly absurd as the dialog has plenty of space available.

This caused confusion, since the tooltip does not always appear (it seems clicking prevents display). So I got to genuinely wonder whether the element was an info icon or not, since at that size, the "i"’s tittle is almost invisible.

I would recommend to either increase the size of that character, or to generally enlarge that dialog. The rest may be readable, but it still seems unnecessarily small.
