Help: Lots of information lacking

In 1.47.15, ContextSearch Options contains a Help tab, which is very helpful. For example, it documents the Quick Menu a little.

Unfortunately, I guess most of the documentation is found in the README. For example, Help says nothing about the "Sidebar Menu".

I would recommend either merging Help with the README, or at least adding a link from Help to the README.
