Use existing CMS system to upload/edit translation files {after milestone}

Since y'all built a CMS system, and we don't have a good way of adding translations atm, how about combining the two? 🙃

e.g. add a view "translations", and you can press buttan to add a new translation (copies the english translation file to a new one), or press an existing translation to view the content of that translation file

obviously not anything we should prioritise slightly before the milestone has arrived, but might make sense once popularity & interest picks up :)
