Release Plan

I'm trying to put some order around the issue list, by closing old hsl-related issues and adding more relevant categories. I also added a tentative milestone, with a due date in order to motivate us to write some code and not just discuss endlessly... but of course, nothing bad is going to happen if we miss it.

I also created a second "milestone", in which to put issues which we know we don't want to work on yet. This way, we can easily distinguish new issues, which are not assigned to any milestone, from non-current issues, which are assigned to the "Some future release" milestone instead of the current one.

Feel free to move issues out of that milestone if you think they're important!
