Certificate Profile Selection

Following up the letsencrypt announcement, there is a new update for short-lived certs and IP address certificates, both of which require profile support.

From what I understand, the only difference is with the POST /acme/new-order method, to pass "profile": "classic", under the payload key, with classic replaced with the profile name if specified.
