Specifying random frequencies for downlink and uplink for 5G NSA

is there any way to specify random frequencies for downlink and uplink that doesn't match a frequency band for a 5G NSA end-to-end communication using RF radios. (srsRAN v21.10.0) --> to avoid interference between 5G DL and 5G UL using FDD Thanks in advance.
