What is the meaning of Using AGC in the srsUE config file?

Dear srsRAN Developers,

In the config file of srsUE, it is expressed srsUE uses AGC. It makes some ambiguities for me; is that right we think srsUE dynamically changes the level of receiving and sending gain after establishing the connection or does it mean using AGC just for specifying the right receiving rx_gain when it wants to connect to eNB?
