COTS UE unable to connect to srsRAN 4G

Issue Description

COTS UE (Samsung Galaxy) with MCC 001 and MNC 01 and IMSI 001010000000037 is unable to register on the srsRAN 4G. The log of srsepc shows: User not in HSS. IMSI: 001010000000037 User not found. IMSI: 001010000000037 I have manually edited the user_db.csv with ue details which include: IMSI, Key, OPC of the SIM card, however, I keep getting same error message in the log of srsepc. I am unable to get any headway and am stuck at this step. Please guide me to resolve the issue as I am required to carry out further trials of srsRAN.
