Intra Handover

• we successfully completed the srsue with gNB with zmq. So I assume we installed everything (srsue_4g and zmq)

• we are trying to implement the s1 handover now

• we are following this documentation: https://docs.srsran.com/projects/4g/en/hoverxref_test/app_notes/source/handover/source/index.html

• while starting the srsepc we are having issues.

• epc.conf is in the srsepc directory and I'm attaching the file below epc.txt

• and i also ran this command : /home/aerpaw-msu/srsRAN_main/srsRAN_4G/srsepc/epc.conf (it shows already exist)
