UE sees the eNB but not able to connect

Issue Description

UE sees the network and shows message Found Cell: Mode=FDD, PCI=1, PRB=6, Ports=1, CP=Normal, CFO=xx(varies). But still the eNB and EPC doesn't show anything about UE. The UE is not able to connect to eNB.

Setup Details

Using 2 PlutoSDR with TCXO replaced for better clock. 1 Pluto connected with Linux PC(Ubutnu 20.04) as eNB and 1 Pluto with Raspberry Pi4 (Ubuntu 20.04 server) as UE.

Expected Behavior

UE should be able to connect to the eNB where eNB shows the DL and UL info, EPC shows the connection details etc

Actual Behaviour

EPC and eNB doesn't show any info, UE shows the Cell but no connection info
