Issue Description

[Describe the issue in detail] I want to implement a 5G network using simulated UE. I followed the tutorial and instructions in https://docs.srsran.com/projects/4g/en/next/app_notes/source/5g_sa_E2E/source/index.html, however not using virtual RF. I'm using bladeRF to generate the RF signals. I was able to complete the RRC Setup complete, however the srsenb and srsUE are stuck in Registration Request loop as shown in the pcap files.

Setup Details

I'm using bladeRF 2.0 micro xA4 with Tri-Band Antenna. srsenb is installed and running on NUC 11 with Ubuntu 22, and srsUE is installed and running in NUC 10 with ubuntu 10.
