Problem initiating srsUE and srsENB on zc70x's boards with AD9361 RFs

Issue Description

srsUE doesn't attached to the srsENB

Setup Details

The srsUE and srsENB run on two different VMs, which are connected through ETH to the zc702 and zc706 boards, respectively. Both boards use the AD-FMCOMMS5-EBZ for the RF-frontend. Configuration files used are : srsenb.conf.txt srsue.conf.txt The only change made to both files was the device_name and device args in order to use SoapySDR and connect to the zc70x boards

Expected Behavior

The expected behavior is to establish a connection between the UE and the ENB, and for the UE to be assigned an IP address.

Actual Behaviour

Instead, I am encountering a constantly repeating state where the UE is searching for a channel. srsenb_logs.txt srsue_logs.txt
