Keep OpenRelay’s menu bar open when normally browsing resources

Trap apps/django_bootstrap/templates/base.html's <div class="content"> inside an iFrame whose src attribute is updated via Javascript when users click on menu options, click inside the iFrame doesn't need to be captured. The window resize event has to be capture to keep the iframe's consistent.

what about an added option in the menu while viewing resources to also get a raw/source view without the menu
