Error in pom.xml

In pom I am getting the error. Please help me to solve

Plugin execution is not covered by lifecycle configuration

What IDE are you using.. ? I think this is not maven error, looks like its an M2e Error.. Try adding the ignore plugin as described here.. http://www.eclipse.org/m2e/documentation/m2e-execution-not-covered.html
