under what license can i use this code now?

Hey, I'm a bit confused, on pypi the license is BSD, here on github there is some enthought disclaimer. Under which one should i use it?

The license.rst file at present looks like a standard 3 clause BSD license.

The copyright is enthought but the license is BSD.

This seems to be answered, it's probably worth closing or adding to the docs somewhere.
