Update the new accumulo version, old link was dead

Hey,

great Dockerfiles,

I've tried to build new accumulo images based on this Dockerfile, but unfortunately the old accumulo link from apache has now died since the version has been bumped. This link works and no breaking changes between 1.7.1 and 1.7.2.
