Just to clarify, because I think I know the issue you're describing here, you're talking about when you pick up an item but it doesn't say anything in the information text box?

Yeah, it's just missing the correct drop packet.

Yep, pretty basic, it happens only in non-party dropped item as far as i saw, not really tested.
