Add ssh_config file to the sshx container to enable easy ssh

When sshx is attached to a lab we need to copy-in the /etc/ssh/ssh_config.d/clab-$labName file into the sshx container so that the hosts of these lab are auto-suggested to a user.

This will make it easy to ssh into the lab hosts.
