Hi, i changed the templates to add the HTML5 placeholder tag, with the value of the Display annotation.

N.B. This is the first time I'm using GitHub, so accidentally changed a file in the main fork, but changed it back.

Instead of DisplayName this should pull the Watermark value of the metadata. Also this needs to be added to String/Text/MultilineText editors, I will try to update as well and send a pull.

Yes you are right. I know I should have created the other templates but could not figure out how to do it on the GitHub site. I have some other suggestions on how to set the other HTML5 attributes.
