Using Transfer learning to train a deeplearning model

Hi, I noticed there's no deep learning model for this project yet. However, some people have been assigned the task of building CNN,RNN and other deep learning architectures with the image dataset. I would like to work further on this dataset by training them on pretrained models. #GSSOC'22

@freny24 I have worked on that of VGG16 and created a pr. I will be working on other pre-trained models too
