Redesign the Readme Application images

Update the README Appropriately with good looking changes and It should contain good description with newly developed Application. Don't change any existing README just remove the old application images with new application images and add the appropriate description. You can add some data visualization graphs in readme which will make it more interactive, as well as add the visualization of the accuracy.
