Forgot to mention that I do see monitoring events getting pushed - but everything else like (container logs, kubelet) is missing. 

Hi @harshit-splunk - I haven't got a chance to test this again. But based on my previous test, I was able to receive monitoring events and also the journal logs....

Can you also check if the control-plane droplets are associated to the volumes? You can check that from the DigitalOcean's user interface.
