It might be possible to do this with Reflex's Prerender. What I'm not yet sure though is how to pass the backend data to the frontend index generation in Obelisk....

That's a good idea. I may end up rewriting the backend in Haskel, after I finish learning Haskell :-). I will consider implementing this feature as part of it.
