[WIP] More Modules + 1.21 update

Most work will be done on git.omada.cafe and ported over to gitpleb

lowkey ignore my commit i just copied pasted the newer version numbers. im gonna work on modules and whatnot via this pr tho :3

nope, i do not. the client just lacks support and my time. it obviously needs modules, but idk where i would start, and i have absolutely no knowledge of the current anarchy scene.

I don't really even play anarchy, I play on a server with a super strict anticheat. I'm not looking at making big stuff competing with future or rusher but QoL stuff that will make postman pair like a fine wine
