profile: add an alternative ip address / host name

Is it possible to make a difference whether you are connected with your own WLAN or not. Currently I have two profiles. One for my DDNS and one for my WLAN... It might be very nice to do this in one profile configuration. This makes the app much more comfortable - i think ;)
