CONTRIBUTING.md: Slack invite link for source{d} is no longer active

Overview

When reviewing the contributing guidelines, I noticed the slack link which looked like a good place to ask a question. Unfortunately the invite link is no longer valid.

The Slack invite link at CONTRIBUTING.md:26 is no longer active. It leads to a page which provides the following message:

This invite link is no longer active.

If you have an @sourced.tech email address, you can still create an account.

If not, please check with the person who shared the invite link with you to ask for an invitation.

I was unable to find another invite link for the source{d} Slack workspace.

Possible Solution

There are at least two ways this could be resolved.

1. Preferably, replace the link with a new, active, invitation so that potential users or contributors may join the Slack channel to ask questions.
2. Alternatively, if the source{d} Slack workspace is no longer available for the go-git project, it may be best to update that section of the contributing guidelines and remove the Slack invite link.
