Engine doesn't see new repositories in workdir

It's known problem of gitbase but still very unexpected behaviour

What should we do in engine to improve the situation? The docs already mention this:

Note: Ensure that you initialize source{d} Engine every time you want to process a new repository. Changes in the init working directory are not detected automatically.

Just keep it open unless it's fixed.

Is it a feature that should be handled by source{d} Engine, or by gitbase?

gitbase has some plans (not ETA afaik) to implement it. but it can be worked around in engine.
