Update pga.sourced.tech

The page currently shows only multitool, not pga. Could we point pga.sourced.tech to show the content of README.md?

Maybe I'm wrong, but the PGA project (the first iteration) finished for DR team. If we are doing changes that are required to be done by DR team, just to be capable of organize and prioritize the work on the team, we must define that changes and create a new iteration of this project. (@smola @mcuadros )

If you want a quick fix, I would propose that those currently working with PGA (@vmarkovtsev @campoy ?) just create a PR adding to https://github.com/src-d/datasets/tree/master/PublicGitArchive/web the change you need. Alternatively, if you cannot re-generate the page, then please, describe exactly the change (e.g. adding pga link to multitool? replacing multitool with pga?) with proposed wording and I'm sure @ajnavarro can help making the change.

If you want something more broad, such as pointing pga.sourced.tech to a styled README.md, we should discuss with @dpordomingo (since I think he worked on generating these for other projects) and @rporres.
