FEATURE REQUEST: Add schedule

Ability to schedule a scan. People always add/remove/change thier plex library, it would be nice to be able to go to a directory and see a txt or csv file and have the results be ready for you (Because a scheduled scan completed these a few hours ago)

There is no way to accomplish this with the Plex plugin framework. I'll have to investigate if a wget call could trigger a scan.
