'ecm.h' file not found

I'm osx 10.12.6, and have installed ecm by homebrew, the error log is: top/driver.c:42:11: fatal error: 'ecm.h' file not found #include <ecm.h> ^ 1 error generated. make: *** [top/driver.o] Error 1
