The links are formatted like https://squizlabs.github.io/HTML_CodeSniffer/Standards/WCAG2/1_1_1, referencing the numbers, but the actual links specify the text https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/non-text-content.

I'm not seeing this on the success criterion links in the HTMLCS Auditor, the urls are formatting like this: https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#non-text-content

Could you provide more context on where you are seeing these links appear?
