Kext not removable in /private/var/db/KernelExtensionManagement/AuxKC/

I am trying to install 1.5.2 on my m1 11.2.3 big sur.

After failing to install with the message of "Oops! NoSleep kernel extension is not loaded." a couple of times, (see more https://github.com/squirelo/macosx-nosleep-extension/issues/148) I decided to give up and uninstall it.

However after removing the app, the Application Support files, and clearing staging (sudo kextcache --clear-staging), NoSleep still resides in my computer in here: /private/var/db/KernelExtensionManagement/AuxKC/CurrentAuxKC/StashedExtensions/84747343-D21C-4C83-862A-AAAD9B32FA42/NoSleep.kext

How do I remove it? (or how do I make nosleep work?)
