double click?

Double click to activate is no longer an option? I really liked that feature. 
Having to select it from the dropdown menu works, but feel like a step 
backwards to me.

i would really like to echo these statements. 

I REALLY miss being able to just click the icon, have it light up, and then be 
able to close the lid. 

Now, it really does feel like a bit of a regression.
