Allow "Lock Screen" from CLI

I would like to be able to assign a hotkey to the Lock Screen functionality.  
Either allow that, or add support for screen locking to the CLI so that it 
could be done that way.

FYI, I wanted to make this an enhancement, but it didn't give me the option to 
choose.  I don't really consider this a defect...
