WiFi cuts out when lid is closed

When lid is closed, the Wi-Fi cuts out. (after a few minutes)
It should be made that NoSleep makes sure the network doesn't cut out, because 
why are we using NoSleep in the first place? Movie downloads, iTunes browsing 
and such. It won't work!

I am using 1.3.3, with Mavericks

This is a serious problem. IM notifications stop arriving, I get disconnected 
from active sessions, VPN, etc.

Yeah, same issue, wifi shuts down, anything that can be done to fix this?

There is a error with the kext file. It should be made to support lid closed 
internet. The devs should be able to fix this.

Same issue. I need wifi to stay active for remote access, media streaming, etc. 
This is my main purpose for using the nosleep extension.
