Enabling nosleep on adapter also enables nosleep on battery

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened this issue 9 years ago • 2 comments

After rebooting, NoSleep is completely disabled. It's not set to never sleep on
AC adapter, and not set to never sleep on battery. Now if I double click the
menubar icon, it'll enable nosleep for both the AC adapter AND the battery.
Unplugging the power cord and disabling it for battery also disables it for AC
adapter. To get around this I have to go into sysprefs and untick "Never sleep
on battery", but it's getting annoying to have to do this everytime.

Pavel, thank you for this great app!
Not an issue for me, but a feature request: it would be nice if by clicking on
menubar icon, NoSleep enabled/disabled sleep only on AC adapter if computer is
connected to power outlet, and only on battery if disconnected. On version
1.3.3, it toggles both at the same time. Currently using MacBook Pro 11,1 on
Mavericks.

More detail: I can confirm that toggling NoSleep via the menubar icon from OFF
to ON changes the values of both checkboxes (power/battery) to enabled from
whatever you had previously set them to.
