Install on 10.5 - still won't work

I have tried all the versions and they all install fine on to my Macbook. The 
problem is the pref. panel gives the warning "could not load NoSleep" 
preference panel" and the .app gives the warning "You cannot use the 
application NoSleep with this version of MacOS X" Any help would be greatly 
appreciated.
