I use squint in a multitude of contexts targeting different JS tools. For ad-hoc scripting usage it would be great to be able to provide a :paths-like option to squint's watch command via plain CLI options.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a --path option to squint watch that can be used multiple times to add multiple paths. Provided paths will be added to whatever is already present in squint.edn

This seems like something I also might be able to add. If wanted I'm happy to try to come up with a PR.
