Server re-connect does not re-join channels I was in

Sometimes I get disconnected from the server I'm on.

When the connection is restored, none of the channels I was joined to are re-joined automatically.

Instead, the channel windows still appear in the center of the screen (but not in the channel list on the left), but typing in the channel window has been disabled.

This means I have to manually /join every channel I was in, every time I get disconnected.

I do not know what version I am running and I cannot find a way to check it. Platform is Windows 11.

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

You can check Halloy version in the menu down left.

If you want to always join a channel on launching Halloy you need to add it to your configuration. Channels joined via the /join command are not automatically saved to your configuration.

I don't think that's what's being asked for.

If i join an arbitrary channel I would still like to be rejoin it if the server connection dies even if I do not want to join it on restart of halloy.
