Support Syslog tags and PIDs in RFC 3164 format

Hey,

The standard speaks of Syslog tags and PID numbers in them. Glossy so far seems to ignore them in RFC 3164 mode.

A line with them would look like the following:

<34>Oct 11 22:14:15 mymachine su[1243]: 'su root' failed
