Players are effectively immune to Levitation when Squake movement is enabled

Levitation has no effect on players who have Squake enabled. The potion effect can be applied as normal, but it just doesn't make the player float. Toggling Squake off using the keybind allows the potion effect to behave as intended, but as soon as it's toggled back you'll drop like a stone.
