Config menu doesn't use scroller and scroller background from resourcepacks

Mojang recently added a way to customize the scroller and scroller background with a texture pack. The hard coded ones are being used for instead.

It looks like you use the Cloth Config menu but it is not a dependency. I'm guessing you hard coded it into the mod. Here is a link to the same problem on the Cloth Config issues just in case it helps. https://github.com/shedaniel/cloth-config/issues/252
