Notification controller missing

Hello. I've gave up with this module. The issue is that application deployments fails healthcheck when you create first application in argocd. Without applications everything works. The failure is caused by missing notification controller. Somehow, even if notification is disabled, application controller pod expects the notification pod to be up and running.. Regards, Dawid.
