node-uuid is deprecated, moving to uuid package

Dear creators,

NPM can not stop complain about the deprecated status of node-uuid package, I replaced it with uuid as dependency.

Sorry, I have not had time to maintain this project for some time now. I don't mind if you wish to fork it or publish your own package.

@squaremo : thanks for the feedback. I found an unhandled promise bug as well. I published the replaced lib with the promise fix here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/rabbit.js.ng
