Hyperparameters tuning

Hello,

Thank you for your great package. I would like to know why there is no Hyperparameters tuning performed for any of the models and if you can add it to one of the methods such as DeepSurv so that we could do it for other methods by ourselves.

I just tried to maximize the C statistics for the Random Survival Forest model with respect to the hyper-parameters and it takes more than three days to give a result. I have a Corei7 MacBook Pro with 16Gb of ram, and still it is soooo slow.
