Include section meeting (lecture, tutorial, etc...) information on selection page

We want to a have an easy way to display information about a meeting without having to add it to the timetable first. Key info should be location, delivery mode, and instructor (if has one)

Possible implementation

Make the (?) button function next to a lecture or tutorial section function.

@galacticglum I was debating between either a popover or a modal; I think a popover keeps the context better?

Agreed. Popover is best. And, it should probably just be on hover, not necessarily on click of the (?) button.
